run without Storm, top road
left leg hadn't been as good after yesterday's run, so having an easier day.
main problem seems to be at back of knee now

leg getting slightly better every day, but still really doesn't like running Hillfoot Hill track
so looking forward to being able to go for a run somewhere else!!

more of a proper run with Storm, although being very careful of knee
knee OK ish so long as I kept it tracking straight.
it waas better in the morning when walking around the house compared to what it was like yesterday morning - its slightly better each day.
will see how it feels tomorrow morning after this
