fast walking/shuffling 40:00 [3]

tried picking the pace up at Lawhill. did 11 mins, then 15 mins, then 14 mins at a fast walk / almost a run type of shuffle. walked down the hill from the top of Lawhill each time and didn't count it.
knee was fine, but then didn't like doing the same activity on the road on the way back home (was I making it more of a running motion downhill along the road?) so just walked back home normally.
right leg was working hard, especially below the knee
