dismantled tramway to Nevis Range
walked ahead again, so decent pace followed by hours waiting

this was a very easy exped, but still feeling it in my joints and muscles

walked ahead of group so able to go at a decent pace then sit still for hours waiting

Rannoch station road to just under railway bridge
shadowed group who were moving incredibly slowly - 2 kph
probably 6 hours in total of walking/standing still waiting for them to move

Tuesday May 28 #

Scotland: City and the Sgurr. 3 big hill-climbs so took them super hard.
The next thing I did had 2 mini hills that I also did really hard.

Scotland: rolling Highlands. generally steady pace, 2 very hard short efforts
