treadmill for 15 minutes
Eliptical 15 minutes

Schwinn bike session for 30 mins.
Intervals on the treadmill for 15 mins.
Took it slow after the bike.
Ran 2 klms at 7klms/min.
Intervals on the eliptical for 15 mins.
2 klms, intensity 9.

Run (Street) 30:30 [4] 5.05 km (6:02 / km)

Ran the usual Tennanbit/East Maitland course.
Felt good for first 1 Klm - 5:45/klm rate was good.
6:05 for second klm then slowed down from there.
Felt pretty stuffed as usual at the finish.
