Catch up run/ walk with Kate. Smokey and warm... Didn't feel too bad overall

Did feel my back on the run... And it didn't seem to make anything worse. Woo hoo!

Stretch/rolling 15:00 [3]

Yoga/ stretches to try and stretch out my tight calves which are causing lower back discomfort... Probably from all the walking/sitting over the last couple of weeks.
