Started off with the crew, but was dropped after running through camosun bog. Running felt fast, then my knee started to hurt... grrrr

Orienteering 18:17 [3]

Public race at South Surrey Bike Park. Slow and steady race with a few hesitations, but no big mistakes. Fun race, and challenging map. Came 4th!

Orienteering 25:00 [3]

Route Choice at Centinnial Park. Ran with Louise, and we split a couple of times and took different route choices to see which was better. My knee started hurting on the way to 7 :(

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

O-tervals with Meghan and Samantha. Slow due to knee. Lost concentration a couple of times, got confused at a misplaced flag on one set, and completely screwed up the last set!

First leg of fun Farsta race set by Meg. Knee way too sore to run, so I just did one loop.

Back from work. I swear the hills have gotten steeper. Gorgeous evening, with pink sky, purple mountains, and an amazing golden sunset. Shame I had to keep looking over my shoulder at it all, since I was cycling east. No knee pain, but lots of huffing, puffing, and swearing at cars...

Club run on random streets near Ericas. Plan was 4 mins jogging, 1 min running, 1 min walking. Felt good after the first one, so ended up doing intervals. 3 x 1.10 or so. Felt good. Knee hurting after 32 mins

Orienteering 25:00 [3]

WET at Confederation Park. Gave Thomas my headlamp and I used Zoltan's terrible old one... I could see my map but nothing else. Orienteering was not too bad, but was slow due to not being able to see anything. Then I slammed my foot on a stump... ouch. Nice to be out though!
