Mountain Biking 1:15:00 [3]

Biking at Mount Crumpet. Fun, fun trails, well at least we assume we were on the trails since there was an inch thick carpeting of huge leaves everywhere! Super windy, but the falling trees and near misses of branches falling on us kept things interesting. Route along S&M connector, then Lost Loop, Really Lost Loop, some connector, Spencers Big Gay Run, 3 Virgins, and the Graduate. Knee really sore by the end. Iced it for around 45 minutes in the car.

Mountain Biking 2:00:00 [3]

Biking in Whistler with Pascal. Little Lost Lake, then up up up to Comfortably Numb. I was pretty tired by the end. Out for 3.5 hrs with breaks and bike hiking. Gorgeous day!

Climbing 20:00 [3]

Cliffhanger with Pascal. Did a bunch of 10a's, with varying degrees of ease. However, knee sore... Had to ice it when I got home as it was stiff. Good news is that IT band seems fine... I'm not sure that pain moved is a success though.

Went to Lonsdale to hang out with Andrea and Oliver, then errands. Knee did not like the biking.... le sigh.

To physio and back. ~20 minutes to new office... Although I may have to find a different route, as the bike lane just ends randomly and the road gets super narrow...

Mountain Biking 1:12:00 [3]

Lost Lake trails. Similar loop to last time, but I took a detour around Pinocchio's Furniture, which is more board walks than ground... Confident, even with the wet, slippery rocks and mud. More riding please!

Physio exercises. 3 rounds of:
5 x tibial twist
10 x one leg squats
20 x squats
20 x single leg lifts
20 x hip raises (legs on chair)
10 x rolling each IT band.
