Pilates 20:00 [3]

Since I seem to never have time to do pilates on a regular basis, I resorted to downloading a 20 min pilates video. Will do this 3 times a week, in the mornings... that's the plan right now anyway!

Orienteering 1:18:00 [3] 8.0 km (9:45 / km)

Orienteering in Deep Cove. First part went fine, micro-O in the forest was a little dodgy. Overshot number 3, and ended up at 11. Correct and went very slow after that. Concentrating on precision rather than time. Did fine (contrey to Meghan's comments!). Really fun course, thanks Oystein.

Tough session, no newbies so the teacher worked us really hard. Kept up, despite not being there for about 3 weeks! Must go more often...

Cycled to work, good ride on a beautiful morning!

Meghan and I ran around Stanley Park. Felt really good and strong!
