Cycled to work. Mostly downhill. Nice ride

Cycled home from work. Want to log to and from seperatly, so I can keep track of my times, see if I can get it a little quicker... lots of uphill, pushed fairly hard.

Pilates 20:00 [3]

Now that I was shown how to do roll up and seal properly (in the parking lot), things should be much easier!

Orienteering 11:00 [3]

WET at Minoru Park, lots of fun. Ran hard, although I felt kinda asthmatic as I ran, which hasn't happened in a long time. Orienteering was good though, fairly happy with myself. Actual time will go up when results are up on website.

Good run around Burnaby Lake with Meghan. We will do more of these actual running runs, rather than our jogging/chatting routines!
