Yoga. Not too bad today. It's the start of a new 14 week session, so he took it a little easier... still lots of plank.

Was supposed to be in an intro scuba class, but apparently 'consult with your physician' means bring a doctors note if you have asthma. Considered calling George, but verbals aren't accepted... so I swam instead. Good work out with lots of isolated leg/arm work. Nice session

Club run with Cara and Erica. Had to cut it short due to leg/ knee pain. Felt good though. Dried up for the run! Thanks Thomas ;)

Short jog around Central Park to wake up the legs. My muscles are aching for no real reason... and my knee was sore.... stretched half way through. Hopefully will be better for Club Run tomorrow!
