Cycle with Pascal since wet was moved to tomorrow... pretty much same route as Sunday. Hills were easier this time, I.e. I managed to get all the way up without pushing! Gorgeous evening!

Club run. Started out with the crew, then cut off after 20 minutes.

3 x 1 minute plank in the park. Also did some stretching.

All day climbing in Squamish. First time outdoor. Loved it! Plan to do more this summer....
