Running 26:00 [3]
This run had it all - terrain running, leave kicking, and intervals!
8 x 35 sec with some rest in between. Wanted to get my legs moving more quickly, and remind myself I can actually move at speed. Just randomly ran around campus. Think I scared a couple on #3, where I ran in to a foresty bit by the side of the path (and got a little stuck...).
Little chilly when I started - almost time for gloves!
