Short lunch time get-off-your-arse-and-run run. Legs felt heavy

Gym 10:00 [3]

Post-run strength. 3 times:

11 push ups
16 squats
10 plank jumpy things
20 secs of side plank (on each side!)

Cycled to and from band. Got a little confused with my new 'shorter' route... Gorgeous chilly night with mist!

Lunch time run. Through swordfern and out on to 10th near the church, on to Salish, then swordfern to Marine Dr. Then back up Swordfern and through Acadia to the office.

Felt strong and fit today - must be all that candy I loaded up on last night!
