Lunch time run. University Blvd to blanca, 16th, through the sports fields and housing complex on main mall. Picked up the pace a little in the middle and down main mall. A girl from work runs this route, so I wanted to test my time and see if I can run with her. Answer is probably!
I at BCIT. Fun course by Scott. Couple of route choice errors - got stuck looking for 8,then made a silly error at the north end of the map in the industrial buildings. Luckily someone had stacked 2 cinder blocks with a piece of wood so I hopped the wall!
Good flow and reading ahead. My cruising speed has increased too. Woot!
Trail run with Andrea and Pascal. Felt strong and was able to run all the uphill! Yay! Icy trails - should have worn my icebugs
