From deep cove to the first road and back with Pascal. Fast hike on the uphills and running the downhills. Busy day on the trails. Past lots of tired tourists!

Orienteering 30:40 [3]

Super fun WET at Lonsdale Quay, set by Ian. Inside knowledge definitely helped on this map! First control was above the seating area of the Quay, and since I had an idea of the layout I figured it pretty quickly. Less than optimal route to 5, but other than that I was really happy with my run. Leg was hurting a little, but not enough to slow me down (and really, I wasn't going that fast!).

Time updated.

Would be fun to use this map at sprint camp, with strategically positioned camera people to record confusion!

Running 50:00 [3]

Exercising again instead of just thinking about it... lovely! Ran to the women's hospital to pick up a prescription, then some of the way home. Leg started to hurt after about 35 minutes, so I took the bus part way back to save the pain. Run/walk back from the bus stop. Very warm out - was very sweaty. I don't understand why people pay huge amounts of money to detox at a spa... go for a run. Outdoors, free, and wonderful!
