Orienteering 20:00 [3]
First 4 controls were great, then I got distracted, then my leg started to hurt... I did manage to pull the concentration back, but it wasn't what you'd call clean...
I spoke with Christal (who's a physio), and she told me I shouldn't be running unless I can do 15-20 1 legged squats. Ha! I can barely do 1! So she suggested some strengthening exercises and told me I should do them every day...
