Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]
Orienteering at an awesome new map with my awesome friends on a... well typical Northshore day (aka pissing rain). My orienteering technique was a little rusty, but I kept in contact with the map and managed to plan some routes ahead. Leg held up fine. I did probably 65/35 running/walking. Leg is feeling a little tight, but hopefully some rolling will sort that out.
