I was going to run today, then it started pissing rain, so I did yoga instead.

Yoga. Was going to do Mike's DVD, but that's gone walk about. Lots of downward dog, plank, and even torture chair pose.

To work and back. Beautiful day for a ride. In a great mood today. Putting it down to 2 days of beautiful sunshine + forest running... need to do more of that!

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

Orienteering at an awesome new map with my awesome friends on a... well typical Northshore day (aka pissing rain). My orienteering technique was a little rusty, but I kept in contact with the map and managed to plan some routes ahead. Leg held up fine. I did probably 65/35 running/walking. Leg is feeling a little tight, but hopefully some rolling will sort that out.
