Up to the bank. My leg was not happy. I need to stretch/roll it more and no more pavement runs for a while! Way back was fun... All downhill. Didn't log that :-)

Running 31:25 [3]

Running with Rachel after the GVOC exec meeting. Just what I needed after a loooooong day! Leg hurting by the end. No more road running for a while longer. Grass and trails seem OK.

cycling 45:00 [3]

To work and back. Nearly run over by 2 cars reversing into the street, and had to take a detour around the private school and the small mothers in stupidly large cars who don't know how to drive..

Orienteering 29:15 [3]

Fun 2 loops at Renfrew Ravine. My goal was to always have a plan, which worked very well! However, the execution was not 100%; probably more like 85%. Went from 4-6 on 2 Fun loop, then back to 5 once I realized I'd skipped it. The little trail along the west side of the stream looked like it'd been eaten by brambles, so had to detour up and down the hill. Caught Bruce Rennie around 7 on the second loop, and traded off with him until the end. I was winning on navigation, but he pulled away on fitness....

Skiing 2:30:00 [3]

Skiing at whistler. Apparently all of Vancouver had the same idea... Something about a week of snow and the first bluebird day... I stayed mid mountain, so the lines weren't too bad.
