Various strengthy things in the gym. Cross Training class was taking up half the gym, so had to leave some things out since I couldn't get to the equipment. Note to self - don't go to gym Mon/Wed/Fri AMs... have to find a different schedule.

To Stanley Park and back for WJR. Didn't actually get out orienteering, as I ended up helping... knee sore anyway. It was a beautiful day!
