Arms, legs, glutes.

Went to the physio yesterday for the first time in ~6 months. He said things are better. He thinks I'm using quads too much, and so they fatigue quicker, so he gave me some more glute activation exercises. See how this goes...

Jackie took us out on the trails behind her place. Beautiful single track! I hope I can still bike up this stuff when I'm 7 months pregnant... Awesome end to an awesome weekend!

Mountain Biking 2:30:00 [3]

Biking with Pascal in Kamloops. We'd planned a 28km loop through the grasslands. However, it's been a little wet, and we got into this clay-type mud that just stuck on our bikes. It got into Pascal's chain, and the thing kept falling off and the derailer wasn't shifting properly... So we abandoned that plan, drove back to Jackie and Wades, washed the bikes, and headed to Kenna Cartwright park. Spent an hour cruising the trails. Fun! Wet day, but beautiful riding!
