Running 2:30:00 [3]

Diaz vista with Kate, Rachel, Marissa and Joanne. I had estimated 2 hrs, not quite sure why, as it took us closer to 3 with stopping time. Not convinced there are actually Diaz vistas, but there were still some nice views and the trail was fun. Nice dip in the lake and cupcakes afterwards!

Most bizarre event today. We are happily setting up the BBQ, when this family walks down with a large duffle bag, sets it down, and pull out a 8-9ft boa constrictor. They then proceeded to put the snake in the water and take it for a swim. Who does that?

Orienteering 25:00 [3]

Wet at Queen E. Ended up running pretty much the whole race with Erica, which meant I actually ran the whole thing rather than wimping out with some lame excuse half way through... Felt like my navigation was good, and I didn't get caught out in the usual spots. Few bobbles here and there. Core still a little sore from PT.

Mountain Biking 1:15:00 [3]

Biked from Rice Lake to the trailhead to Mt Bishop. There is some really nice open terrain along the access roads to the Seymour Fish Hatchery... Probably worth some exploration if we think people are OK to bike/walk 4-5km in to access the map... :) it's even reasonably flat in places!

Hiking 2:00:00 [3]

Up Mt Bishop. My leg was not happy after biking yesterday and today. Didn't make it to the peak, since my leg was sore and it was all cloudy anyway. Hard work on the way down. Fun climb!
