Birthday mounting bike ride with Pascal and Melissa. Sucking wind up Old Buck, to Asian Adonis, RT connector, Salamander, sticks and Stone's and back. Fun ride. Then to A&W for dinner, picked up the in laws from the airport and now we're eating ice cream cake!

cycling 1:10:00 [3] 19.0 km (3:41 / km) +135m 3:33 / km

From home to Zumba on Kingsway. Nice morning for a ride, although I was not moving very quickly.

cycling 1:10:00 [3] 20.6 km (3:24 / km)

Home from my friends place close to Edmonds. Fun afternoon of Indian food and trying on saris...

Need to start upping my mileage and hours in preparation for our 17 day US road trip... we are planning to head out the last 2 weeks of May, then come back, pack and prepare to do basic reno's on our apartment before we move in end of June.... Nothing like being busy!

Dancing 30:00 [3]

Zumba! 1 hour class, but really didn't feel like I got my heart rate up very high, so logging half. It was fun, but after about 45 minutes I was tired from the biking and the concentrating and trying to figure out the moves, so I pretty much just did my own thing... I would rather be outside on a Sunday morning than in a dark studio with disco lights and obnoxiously loud music....

Skiing 45:00 [3]

Skiing at Cypress. Weird snow - very dense powder which was hard to move through and got cut up very quickly. Found the best technique was to point skis downhill and try not to turn or slow down much.... Tweaked my knee on some moguals, so called it a night after 3 solid hours on the slopes.
