Home from work. All the way home today! Slightly different route, which involved one Creek crossing, Stanley Park trails, the seawall, and the stairs up to the burrard street bridge.
Still on 5 minutes running, 1.5 minutes walking.
Felt much stronger today than on Monday,and much less tight afterwards. I guess this stretching business does help some! Was able to push the pace a little more towards the end.

About 15 minutes stretching before work, then 15 minutes after the run. Lots of lower back stretches and ankle /calf stretches. Massage on Monday will hopefully help too
