So, my bike got stolen. Lock cut, the whole thing is gone :( They did leave the helmet though... bonus?? Guess it's NDB this weekend, since I need a bike to get to work.

From work to Nat Bailey Stadium via Lion's Gate, Stanley Park, Cypress, 10th, Yukon. Annual work outing to the ball game. Hot day for a ride.

Home from Nat Bailey. Felt strong and fast on the steep uphills. For some reason I can really push up these. The shallow uphills and pushing on flatter terrain are still a challenge.

6 x 2 minute fast, 4 minute jog. Around InterRiver area. Was feeling sleepy at work, but this somewhat woke me up... hard, but good.

Squats, lunges, core, others.... followed by stretching.

Expresso trail on Fromme with NS Rides. I had a great time with this group. Hopefully I can get out with them on a regular basis. Fun to ride with other people the same speed :)

I did a free trial at a 30 minute women's only gym. It was fun, but a little expensive and very monotonous.

Sea to Summit with Nehme and Pascal. We didn't really stop the whole time. Pushed on the uphills and were a little slower on the downhills because Nehme did something to his leg. Good work out!
