More strength and stretching, trying to make my quads and calves relax...

Such a gorgeous spring afternoon, I couldn't resist taking the long route home... Which involves biking past our place, our Dollarton to Mt Seymour Parkway and back. It sucked due to winter fitness, but was wonderful in every other way!

Various hip/glute strength followed up some stretching and rolling. My IT bands are really tight... le sigh

Orienteering 20:00 [3]

Confederation Park. Great course by Nate. Cut a few of the controls off, which meant I caught up with Kate at the last section. She kept me running for the last part of the course. Fun run!

Hiking 30:00 [3]

Pascal and I hiked from the Rice Lake parking lot down Homestead, up Fishermans, around Circuit 8 and back to the road to the parking lot. Lots of snow and some of the trail hadn't been cleared, which made for fun climbing over wet trees. Beautiful sunny day. Just what I needed today.

Another sprint camp... I got to go wake up a bunch of controls on the set up and chase. Great end to a fun weekend!
