cycling 1:40:00 [3] 34.9 km (2:52 / km)

Really wanted to go running today, but Pascal is on call so can't be too far from his laptop, so instead we biked over Iron Workers, along the waterfrontish to Stanley Park, around the outer road to Prospect Point, back down to the outdoor pool and turned left to get back to the roundabout by the South end of the bridge, up past the rose garden, back up the hill and over Lions Gate to home. Nice ride, perfect weather, now I'm pooped!

Gym 35:00 [3]

Strength and stretching

cycling 1:10:00 [3] 21.5 km (3:15 / km)

To downtown and back to go for a drink with Pascal's coworkers. Feeling my lack of fitness on the way home...

cycling 15:00 [3]

Home from work. Backed up traffic made for a stinky ride

Running 28:00 [3] 4.4 km (6:22 / km)

Exploratory run eastwards towards Maplewood Farms and the Seymour River. There's a park there with a small trail network.. Some more exploration required for potential new WET area...

Anyway, run felt great! Went straight after riding home, and running after warming up doing another exercise first seems to work for me....
7 AM

cycling 10:00 [3]

To work... Pushed hard due to being a little late to set up for a meeting... Woops!

Note

Viva Las Vegas! Spent the last 5 days in Vegas with Pascal and the in-laws. Had a great time. Had good intentions to visit the hotel gym, but we were out from around 8am - 1am every night, so there wasn't any time. Lots and lots of walking.
