Canoeing followed by a 2 mile run. I worked on using my torso instead of my arms.
Running 26:00 [3] 2.0 mi (13:00 / mi)
Did a short jog after canoeing. I started with a decent pace but my training partner (who was way ahead of my) decided that he was too dehydrated to run anymore and decided to walk. I seem to have trouble running as long with I am with other people. I didn't time this run. 26 minutes is just a guess.
