Running (Brown Hill Ck C'Van Pk) 43:10 [3] 7.0 km (6:10 / km)
ahr:167 max:181 shoes: Asic Kayano XIII

Felt another desire for a run. So i went. It was after the Blythewood Rd hill i decided i didn't need another hill, so i bargained with myself and ran a bit of the way up Brown Hill Creek instead. Thus i managed to circumnavigate the caravan park located within said creek. It was a hard pace, not that it was fast, but i just couldn't keep any pace going, so i walked bits too. Though it is true that it was more running than walking.

MTB (Eagle Park) 1:12:00 [3]
ahr:157 max:182 shoes: Merida MATS 500

There is nothing like a ride in Eagle to make you realise that you are un fit. The downhills were awesome, the flats were great, the technical bits were hilarious, But the hills sucked. Really bad. Managed to almost complete a full lap of the park. Temperature was well down from last week and my stomach did not contain an iced coffee nor a pie.

Running long (Randell + Pony Ridge) 1:38:50 [3] 14.34 km (6:54 / km)
ahr:169 max:181 shoes: Asic Kayano XIII

Felt the need for a long run. Strange, i know.
Thought i'd do the ol' Randell reserve - Belair - Pony Ridge Trick. Oh what joy was uncovered along the way. I had a but ugly bull dog try to attack my ankles. But i found that when i yelled at it, the mutt got shit scared. I had a quick break at the Belair BP and kept on going. Never really felt like i had a rythm until i got into Belair NP, my legs felt heavy. All up it was a jolly good run. The amount of area that was burnt in Brown Hill Creek really was amazing, it is a credit to the CFS that this wasn't a worse fire.

Running (Torrens Park Extended) 44:10 [3] 7.55 km (5:51 / km)
ahr:171 max:190 weight:90kg shoes: Asic Kayano XIII

Bit more enthused about running. Isn't that great. I ran up to Karl and Bess's place but they didn't want to play (going to bowls instead). So i kept running up the hill and into Randalls Reserve, i took the wrong track which had me climbing up a bit too far, so i came back down again and joined my usual run at the cemetery. Ran all the way from Brown Hill Creek up to McElligots Quarry. the run home from there was all downhill and felt pretty good. Pity about my weight which translated into some chaffing.....
