Running (Torrens Park Loop) 37:00 [3] 6.4 km (5:47 / km)
ahr:160 max:176 shoes: Asic Kayano XIII

I think i like running.
I wish i could run:
a) Faster
b) Longer
c) more often
d) without my ankle brace.

I just about got hit by a car, and i just about decked out on a kerb that wasn't very well lit outside The Ed.

Why do i like running?

Running tempo (Mitcham Loop) 26:00 [4] 4.84 km (5:22 / km)
ahr:165 max:185 shoes: Asic Kayano XIII

LOOK!!!!!
I went for a run. It seems like an eternity since i donned the shoes and teensy weensy shorts and went out in the dark.
Whats more i did it all myself! Though i was a little tired and sore, and my legs began to hurt after a while. i thouhgt it was a jolly good pace though.

Note

The past week has had me doing a lot of things, some i should count as training. I have completed my aircraft safety training, which ended in Adelaide Aquatic Centre with me treading water unaided for 11mins. Then popping open a couple of life rafts to see how they work and how comfortable they are should we ever need to deploy them. And that was only half the activities! My first deployment seems to be a way off yet, though it could happen soon. I have to start going to the doc to get my shots....
