First Run since my ankle sprain. Very stiff, some soreness and not much flexibility in my right (injured) foot. Looks like a long road ahead, felt very unfit. Ran in Belair National Park.

Third Physio Session. More massage and assisted streching. Excercise routine alterted to include strengthening work by way of elastic strap. I am to focus more on balancing on the right (injured) foot. Bought a brace to prepare for running and to help me out more at work on the rough ground. An american made "ASO" branded brace-recommended by the Physio.
