Orienteering race (OA Challenge) 35:15 [4] *** 4.3 km (8:12 / km)
ahr:167 max:178 spiked:7/9c slept:4.0 weight:83kg shoes: Asics Trabuco IV

OA Challenge, felt i should have been able to beat all the men other than Blair, i don't think i acheived that which dissapointed me slightly. considering it wasn't much of a serious competition i let it slide. it was good to get out and strech my legs after the first day of the Conference.

Running hills (Morialta) 50:29 [3] 7.2 km (7:01 / km)
ahr:172 max:183 slept:8.0 weight:83kg shoes: Asics Trabuco IV

After a hard day in the field in the heat next to an abbotoir, went to Morialta to run with the Arrows and the Juniors. Warm night, but managed to do the full loop. although my time was way down on the hill climbing leg (+50" from the kiosk to Deep View) so i was obviously tired. We all went and saw Borat afterwards, fooking hilarious, though very wrong.
