Street Orienteering race (Thornden Park) 50:05 [3] * 7.25 km (6:54 / km)
ahr:162 max:186 spiked:14/15c shoes: Asic Kayano XIII

First run back in Adelaide and First Summer Series for me. Felt quite poxy running, but better then expected. Only got beaten by Simon by 20min so i'm not complaining. Decided i need to lose a bit of tonnage this summer, not that i'm fat, it's more that i think i'd improve if i stopped eating pies and FUICs.

Running (Tullamarine Again) 43:41 [3] 7.62 km (5:44 / km)
ahr:178 max:191 shoes: Asic Kayano XIII

Took another oppurtunity to go for a jog. Got all the re-fly's planned so i took off out of the office for a while. Problem is, i still haven't found anywhere decent to go for a run. So i did the same one as Thursday again, but backwards. Now that's imagination. After about 10min i encountered some lovely Melbourne Road Rage. Two dudes were going off at each other and the antagonist stopped right where i was about to run to have another go at the mobile phone wanker. So while those two were hurling abuse at each other i decided to have a go at the wanker that cut me off. Meanwhile the fly-boys from todays sortie were on there way back from the Airport, and saw the whole thing.
Sadly nothing else interesting happened on the rest of the run.

I felt tired the whole way, and my HR is disturbingly high for the effort i put in.
