Was mean't to be a nice morning run with Troy at Cape Jervis. Only problem was the fact that the muscles in my shins were trying to snap my leg. Can't work out why. But the scenery was nice and Troy and I had a good chat along the way.

Tuesday run. How novel, i haven't done one of these for ages. Did the ol' loop with a decent sized group. After the more seniors amongst us went for Curry. How lovely.
