Running hills (Black Hill) 1:09:00 [4] 7.8 km (8:51 / km) +320m 7:20 / km

An early morning start for a run up Black Hill. It was pretty tough going and i struggled most of the way to the top. It wasn't until the run back down that i actually felt good about it. Though the pie and Frosty Fruits at the end made it all worth it.

Decided not to follow the others up to the "Tap" so i broke away, luckily Nicole was in agreement with me. So we did our own little run which was much more fun. These always end well with a BBQ.
