A quick rn before dinner and the Arrows Relay SI organisation. All done now. It was a fun run, and my HR was bizarrely low for the entire run, even though i was pushing a bit - go figure. Maybe i wasn't pushing that hard at all?
There were 4 of us for Curry at home, it was tasty, though it has left a rather gaseous feeling in my tummy. I'm tired now, but feeling rather satisfied.
