Morning ride to work. New max speed of 49km/hr although then a truck decided to be on my off road bike path so braking quickly followed.

Session with the trainer. A whole lot of upper body. Owie. But he said that my techniques have improved a whole lot, no more using my lower back, and my core strength is improving greatly.

Geez I love Morialta. A perfect night for a run. Got to the top of Deep View and i was sweating like a certain Nieuwenhoven - crazy. Caught up to the pack again as John was washing the dirt out of Tom's wounds. Missed out on the stack but it must've been a doozie. Feeling good, and an improvement on last weeks time.

A fair run up Brown Hill Creek to the stepping stones. Spent the time chatting to Troy about all the things he needs for his house. Michael R ran too with us since the fasties just kept going. It was a fun run. And bizarre since i was prepped for a warm run but the temperature had dropped by 19 degrees when i left work ( peaked at 39 at Parafield near where i work).
