Long run with Fern after a nice sllep in on a Sunday morning. It was bloody hard work climbing to the top of Belair which almost took an hour. The run back down was great fun, and by the time we got to the playground in the park, i was very tired, with 3km still to go. Luckily for us we got to go to Little Leaf and Bean with Fern's Parents and we had hot chocolate and cake. Then Barnacle Bills seafood with my parents. Followed byt he season final of Doctor Who. What an awesome weekend.

Troy, Fern and I went running in Belair. We bumped into Jenny, Zara and Callum going the other direction. We even got ourselves confuzzled in the back streets of Glenalta on the way home.

Brown Hill Hill Climb
6:44 PM. Brown Hill. Burned 841 calories.

Ran up Brown Hilll. It was good. Perfect night for this run with such clear crisp skies. The hill climb was tough, but i am tougher. Simon didn't even have to come back and make me a run. Fern did instead.
