Second installment of checking since we stopped for a bakery lunch on Mothers Day with mum, grandma and dad. It was nice that they found us! We realised as we started to check this lot that we were going to run out of tape, so we were forced t be a little more frugle with the tape. We ran out....

Government Farm Loop

Short loopy run with the guys in Belair. I think we are all still buggered from Easter. So tonight i saw this fence for the first time, and it is a shame it has been erected, such a waste of money and time, since it now is probably a bigger target for vandalism than anything in the park ever was. It makes the whole place feel like a prison camp now. I am surprised that there isn't even an emergency access gate anymore. I wonder how long it will take to generate the extra revenue to pay off the fence construction.
Anyway, it was a pleasant run.

Fern is trying to kill me run

Fern and I ran up through the suburb of Belair, and when i say up i mean up. We seemed to start at the lowest point in Belair and ended up at the highest. It wasn't like it was ups and downs either, the route we chose was up all the way until we turned for home again. It was a nice night to be out, and i was able to run the majority. The run home along Main Road was fast ( i thought anyway).

John, Troy Fern and I did the little Eden Hills station loop, it was kinda good to be running at home, and it was great to catch up with Troy and John since we'd been away. Not much else to report really, it was a nice run.
