Certainly not a display of perfection in orienteering by me. I was really messy for the whole day, but apeared to have a couple of good controls. I really mucked up the long leg by not focussing on the compass as i contoured around to make a 90degree error. This lead me to some fast road running and a visit through another control before finally getting to my destination. I also somehow mucked up another leg by dropping far too low and hitting another track. I can't be more specific than that since i don't have my map. I was grateful to be out of the forest before the rain really started, but i was helping out with all the video production so still got rather wet!

A quick run with Fern and Simon to keep our legs loose for the weekend. I thought it was a cracking pace, and i spent a lot of the time in the front of Simon. He apparently was producing red stuff from his probosis.

We ran along the Torrens to the swing bridge (to bounce on it) and then to the playground (to play on it) and then to the uni foot bridge (to make it bounce). It wasn't a spectacular effort by me because i am tired and disinterested.
