Balquidder Camp to Waitpinga Camp
Victor Harbor. Burned 678 calories.

First overnight hike in AGES! Fern and i had a easy day of walking along the coast from Balquidder Camp to Waitpinga Camp. Along the way we saw a Sea Lion and a few sheep and cows. It was a perfect day for walking with nice sunshine and a cool southerly fresh from Antarctica. We were at Waitpinga a lot quicker than anticipated and that left us with a full afternoon of nothing but relaxation with no phone reception, no computers and no radio. I snoozed.

A little run around Belair with the crew and including John! Both John and I weren't feeling crash hot about running and we dragged Fern into a smaller loop too.

Ferns Hilly Hill Run with Hills
6:39 PM. Eden Hills. Burned 572 calories.

I actually enjoy this run. It is peaceful and the hills are getting easier. With Simon87, Biddy, Jennycas and Fernwerm joined us par the way around. It was a nice cool evening too.
