It was fun, i was tired and John recovers quickly.
I was certainly faster than most on the downhills - sledge training.
My GPS died part of the way after giving me a 5 minute warning that the battery was "going" flat. Stupid Polar GPS. I'm not going to buy another Polar unless someone can convince me it is worth the money.

Fern, John and I (+ Jenny for the warmup) ran up to the top of not less than 4 lookouts then climbed a little further for a pretty view again. We then zoomed down the single track all the way back to the cars. It was so nice not to have to run back down the road from the first falls car park

13 creek crossings and a gentle up hill for the majority of the run! It was really tough going though. I think we are all still tired after yesterday - except Troy, he has no excuse.
