Mylor and Aldgate Valley

A warm morning run with the crew + 1 alien from Victoria..... We ran to Mylor and Back. I took a shortcut. The run up Aldgate Valley was pleasant with quite a few other pedestrians than what we are used to. It was mostly fun but i was tiring a lot. Probably something to do with eating sooooo much yummy food yesterday....

The long courses are hard work. Harder than the scatter i would say. This course seemed to have a majority of up hill legs, not many too strenuous but up hill nonetheless. I had one poor route choice that i know about, but otherwise navigationally perfect. Afterwards we where treated to Johnny's Pizza just around the corner, i found it amusing that you can order a 12" Johnny....

Simon took us out for my birthday for a run. I don't really need to say much more than that do I? It was actually kind of fun, and i wish we had a bit more time to keep going. Instead Fern and I went to pick up our take away dinner from Chefs of Tandoori to eat at my bros house with the family. Lots and lots of curry later and a portion of cake and i ended up STUFFED. So tired now. Is this the way of life for a 30 year old?

Only Simon was game enough to show up for a run since it was reportedly >37 in the city temperature wise. So we took it easy and did a little loop, with a BIIIIIIG hill. It was a nice little run.
