It was tough going since i haven't really got into intervals. But i found the 200's to be achieveable without being too easy/too hard.

Decided with little time between running and TJ meeting I would go early. Troy phoned and he joine me then too. Nothing Fantastically amazing in the way of effort from me, but a pleasant run all the same. Was surprised to see Bridgemon and Jenny at our place, not having run. To find out they didn't want to go running necesarrily, but pick my brain about the relays. So they did, and i missed my oppurtunity for food before Mumcame to pick me up for the meeting.
