Ran with the Crew + Zoe who was down from Darwin. Was a struggle for me, pretty much the whole way. Felt like i was really dragging the chain with the group and we didn't really meet our goal of getting to Wooribinda Reserve.

The Usual Loop

Unusually, this loop is done as usually as i would like to to call it the Usual Loop. However, it is a great loop. Saw 2 Koalas and one of them was upside-down in the tree. Felt pretty good the whole time. I like running in Belair.
