Mega Cleland Loop

Karl thought it'd be a good idea to skip orienteering and go running with him instead. I'm now not so sure. It was bloody tough considering it all felt like climb and yes over half the time was climbing 1hr18' of it. The down hills were fun though when you eventually got one. Now my legs have given up on me and Fern will be disappointed to find probably almost as buggered as she is from the 24hr Rogaine.

Ran from home to pickup my car from the mechanics (serivce). I decided to run into Belair which invariably means HILLS. I am surprised i managed 500m of climb in 6.7km, and it felt pretty good too!

Wintery Weather Wobble

Simon rocked up soaked with some wet stuff. So our "it's raining" excuse failed. Secret Trainer popped along too and we were off in the drizzle. FernWerm suggested we see if the ford was flooded - yes it was. So jumping through water followed. Simon said i run faster in the rain, i don't know if that is true, but it sounds good.
