Ran mostly with Bridget on a reasonably nice loop in Bridgewater. Was feeling a bit tired by the end. I was probably a bit slow all together. Sheoak Cafe was good for second breakfast.

Wow. Daylight run! Troy decided that a run from Brighton was a good thing. And it was. Especially since it was followed up by burgers and icecream.
