John the Cobbler's Run

John lead us in a run from his place into Cobblers Creek Recreation Park and back. I enjoyed the run, but really felt like someone had replaced all the slippery fluids in my joints for honey. The climb was not nearly as bad as at Bridgewater, and the trails were fun. Fern and I will be brining our MTBs back to Cobblers Creek for a fun ride soon. John cooked breakfast for the 10 of us afterwards which included fresh eggs, bacon, pancakes, icecream, maple syrup and heaps of other yummy breakfast treats. Thanks John! Fern and I proceeded to go and by a new tent for car camping and finally a new pair of shoes for me!

I was stuffed after two huge field days in an abottoir. I didn't really want to go, but when i saw Fern running down the street as i was being dropped home, i just had to go and chase her around the park.

Three Falls Grand Loop

The usual run. I felt like this went quite well. I was confident with foot placement in the rougher tracks, and almost kept up with John on the way back down. The climb up Deep View is what i need to work on now...

Pre Meeting Run

A short run with the Arrows before the meeting. I didn't feel like running, nor have a meeting. But interspersing the meeting with Pingu, Pizza, and Hitler Video Memes made it bearable. The run would've been better if it had Pingu too.
