Morning Jog

Troy and I left the ladies for their walk, while we went and did a litle trott around the block. I found some of it tough, but a pleasant morning for a run.

Troy, Andrea, Fern and I had a nice weekend away in the Barossa, turned out it was a great time to be away from home. Although my stress level was a little high with all the CFS warnings out about the Belair NP fire.... We got home today, to a voice message from the emergency broadcast, kind of glad we didn't get woken up by that message.
