Went out on a nice morning run into Belair. I was going to turn back at the Redwoods, but my thoughts were "Oh it's only one more hill" which it was, but is was a biggun. Didn't see many people at all, but i was in the more remote parts of the park. Now contemplating the Australia Day Marion Coastal Trail Run....

Patrick and I went out on the Medium course together. He fell asleep pretty quickly, and stayed asleep for the rest of the course. He probably exprienced a few too many bumps on the course as Fern wasn't around to supervise....
Except for that one bit where Fern was fortunately around to help lift the pram over a pesky fence.
