Know that there are lots of contours and that I'm getting tired from the week, I only tackled the medium course. It was one of those courses with superfluous climb, and right towards the end too! But it was a nice night to be out running, so I enjoyed it rather than whinging about it!

I run with the crew from Brighton to Hallett Cove to meet Fern. Then Fern ran back with the crew. It was a nice cool morning to run and i felt like i could've actually done the fool loop, but that wasn't necessarry.
